Who needs these tests?
If you own a storage tank over 1,100 gallons you are required by law to conduct these tests. The testing requirment depends on your specific tank, equipment, and geographic location. If you are a school district or municipality you can purchase these services directly off our Nassau County DPW, Suffolk County DPW or BOCES contracts.
